How to Apply to Crestwell School:

| Step 1. |
Complete the application forms and submit with a
$50.00 nonrefundable fee. Applicant for grades one
(1) through eight (8) must submit copies of report
cards and standardized testing results from previous
schools. |

This will begin the admissions procedure. Please
add and additional $50.00 charge for foreign or
overseas student processing and issuing I-20 for
student Visa applications.
The Crestwell applicant must send funds and I-20 to
S.E.V.I.S to get an I-190 sent directly to
S.E.V.I.S. |

| Step 2. |
You may be asked to give recommendation forms to
your child's teachers, principal, or vice-principal.
Ask them to complete the recommendations and return
them directly to us. In some cases a verbal
reference may be required. We will send and
acknowledgement of receipt letter to your when we
have received this packet of materials. |

| Step 3. |
The student is asked to visit for the day after
the application and report cards are reviewed. The
visit is part of the screening process. In the
summer a teacher reference or interview may be
required. |

| Step 4. |
A letter of acceptance or denial will follow
when the application process is completed. |
The Crestwell School, the Crestwell Pre-Kindergarten and the
Crestwell Higher Learning School admits students of any
race, color and national or ethnic origin.
Pre-Kindergarten Requirements:
Our junior class accepts students 3 years old by September
1st. Our intermediate class accepts students 4 years old by
September 1st. our senior kindergarten accepts students 5
years old by September 1st.
